El Pozuelo is a small village within the municipality of Zalamea la Real in the eastern part of Huelva province. Just outside the village is an archaeological complex that consists of eleven dolmens, a copper mine and a fortified settlement. The site is in a wooded area of steep slopes, ravines and numerous streams.
