El Puerto de Santa Maria, Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Jerez de la Frontera, all in Cadiz province, mark the three corners of Spain's famous 'Sherry Triangle'. Andalucia's unique, smooth wine can only be called 'Sherry' if it is produced in the triangle. Even if you are not a fan then the area offers incredible history, fantastic beaches, dancing horses, fabulous food, particularly fish, and the Parque Nacional de Doñana.
