Carnival of Conil de la Frontera

The Carnival of Conil de la Frontera takes place in the streets of the town with most people in fancy dress.

You can expect parades, dances and costume competitions.

The first Saturday the "Carnival Children's Party" takes place and at 8pm the Opening of the Conileño Carnival event is in Plaza Torre de Guzmán. The next day you can taste gastronomic delights in the "Gran Mejilloná" and on Thursday with the "Morcillá Popular".

The second Saturday features the "Great Costume Parade" followed by the Costume Contest. The next day is the traditional "Carnival Gala" which signals the end of the festivities.
